11. Deliverables

11. Deliverables

Deliverable – Any measurable, tangible, verifiable outcome, result, or item that must be produced to complete a project or part of a project. Often used more narrowly in reference to an external deliverable, which is a deliverable that is subject to approval by the project sponsor or customer.

To create a list of deliverables we first need to identify and establish the cultural skill sets needed to develop a street production for our artists.

Creating a Cultural sector micro model of excellence in emerging skill development.

1- Team building
2- Artist skills and development
3- Mentorship and feedback
4- Real world performance experience
5-Peer Evaluation and coaching

The second strand of deliverables would be deliverables that produce an economic engine.

The cultural products would be of a high standard.
Presented in a street performance modality.
The content would be historical and offer entertainment.

Suited to a historic cultural event or community Brand, festival, historical reenactments.

Example

Charlottetown offers a full range of festivals and events in which there is a need to import street performances and festival activities that focus on historical events and reenactments.

Our first deliverable would be the development of a new street performance venue that would act as a skill development and creative learning experience for youth and adults wishing to perform in public.

The Cobblestone Theater is focused on cultural content so every opportunity to digitalize and preserve historical vignettes would be developed and created for Canadian content production in Prince Edward Island.

The cultural content is a deliverable.

the skill development is a deliverable and students would be encouraged to come to charlottetown and learn these skills in an envirnoment of challenge and fun fo inter generational mentorship and skill development evaluation.

The Street Act will be a learning and development challenge for everyone involved.
