Interested parties will submit a project proposal that addresses the following:

1. Identification of the proponent entity.
2. Identification of and contact information for an individual authorized to discuss and negotiate on behalf of the proponent entity.
3. Executive Summary
4. Project Description
5. Project Suitability for CBI Funding Support
6. Project Longevity
7. Proponent Background and Experience
8. Project Partnerships
9. Project Schedule/Major Milestones
10. Cost Estimates, Financial Projections and Proposed Sources/Uses of Funding
11. Deliverables
12. Issues Management/Other Requirements


Other: Interested parties may also submit, photos, architectural drawings or any other information that will assist in describing the project
The format requirements for the proposal are:
• maximum of 25 pages excluding the title page (proposal pages 26 onward will not be read or assessed);
• published on 8½ ” x 11” paper, single sided;
• body copy single spaced;
• body font size no smaller than Arial 12 points.
